this hotel rocks! rooms are spacious with nice decorations and building materials. the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful during check-in. i also appreciate the balcony, a very helpful and well trained staff helped me with transport.
the air conditioning system was a bummer. the lowest temperature was 21 degrees! it felt too warm and made it hard to sleep.

i found the staff very supportive and helpful. the rooms were large and modern. it was close to the port and restaurants. check-in was fast and efficient. the front desk staff were courteous and professional.
the fire alarm had a flashing light , made the room not very dark, also it was a bit dusty.

The superior double room balcony was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The bus stop was right outside. Access to transportation was very easy. The shower was great.
The air conditioning system had a low temperature of 21 degrees. Selecting a lower temperature only switched the system off. The rooms never got colder than 23 degrees. It was TOO warm!

The check-in process was quick. The front desk staff was both courteous and professional. The room had a spacious desk and fast Wi-Fi and many outlets, ideal for work. The bed proved comfortable. The location was convenient to public transport.

We enjoyed the Junior Suite. The suite included two big TVs and a modern bathroom. The room provided a good-sized safe and a Nespresso machine. Check-in went smoothly. Organized covered parking was available! All the staff were friendly and helpful.
I thought the lowest temperature for the air conditioning system was 21 degrees. It still felt too warm.
